Hello, a have a problem, because my blackberry storm II 9520 is block, and don't accept any SIM card.
When i proceed the instructions to unlock, and i put de second code (MEP2) don't display the same message (better don't display nothing.
My operator is Vodafone from Portugal.

My question is:
What problem have my phone, and how to buy a MEP code if i don't access to MEP2?
